If issues are still arising
Mental- self doubt- no more stories – it is just a habit- move back to the stillness

Emotional – triggers are often “outside”- no more reacting- feel it, even express it- but no throwing out onto others.

Physical – tiredness, pains, etc- watch, allow and rest – go with any prompting of diet, etc. – don’t follow others, especially fear based recommendations. Believe in wellness and the body to have the wherewithal to do it.

It is about you not fixing anyone else. Just simple balancing day to day and Trusting.
