I am aware that a new day is dawning on this planet and throughout all of creation. Day by day I realize that I know less and less. I try to empty myself of all beliefs, judgements, and prejudices that separate, and surrender to Being. I try to align and harmonize myself with Mother Earth, Father Sun, and all of our brothers and sisters on this earth and throughout all of existence.
I encourage others to release their limiting attachments and beliefs, and to live more simply, harmoniously, open-heartedly, and more aligned with Mother Earth and Spirit.
I live with my wife, Jackie, in a quiet, walkable part of Salt Lake City, within easy driving distance of the mountains and desert we love. I maintain balance through meditation, yoga, light weight training, walking and hiking, Tai Chi, sculpting, cooking healthy meals, and reading.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. Your lifestyle sounds wonderful! I wish I had more time for those activities. I am working towards more “me” time, but 40 hour work weeks and student loan debt makes it difficult! But it is possible to bring yourself back to center throughout your day with a few deep breaths, taking a moment to reconnect with your heart, or perhaps looking up from your work to notice the incredible natural world outside your window–or even the plant you keep on your desk. It takes only a moment in your heart to remember.
